​Hi everyone and thank you for taking the time to visit the Birth Essentials website and considering our services as you build your team!

I am a certified Stillbirthday birth and bereavement doula, encapsulation speciailist, reiki practitioner, and educator living in Wattsburg, PA with my husband, Eric, and our Husky, Shiro. I fell into this line of work after a lot of soul searching and life lessons. After losing two of my own  pregnancies, I decided that I could no longer put my dreams on hold waiting for the right moment. I chose to support others in their own journey, drawing on my passion for birth and in hopes that my babies' legacy may find new life through me.

I believe every family deserves to be cared for throughout all stages of their journey, whether still trying to conceive, transitioning out of pregnancy at any stage, or dealing with your postpartum life changes.
