Birth Packages

 

 

Payment plans are available and must be paid in full by the 36th week of pregnancy.
Listed below are the maximum fee for each package--yours may be lower.

The Minimalist

Not sure you want a doula at your birth but would like the help of someone who is knowledgeable and professional to help you prepare for your experience? This package will provide you with the prenatal support you need without having to commit to an extra person at your birth.

  • No obligation prenatal consultation during which we can discuss contract, fees, scope of practice, and individual needs

  • 3 prenatal visits: Discuss your birth options, create a birth plan, offer resources and comfort measures to prepare you and your partner(s) for birth

  • Unlimited phone/email/text support, including during labor

  • 1 postpartum visit to answer any questons and concerns

The Basics

  • No obligation prenatal consultation during which we can discuss contract, fees, scope of practice, and individual needs

  • 2 prenatal meetings to address concerns, comfort measures, individual needs, and assist with birth plan. One of these appointments may include accompanying you to a prenatal appointment with your obstetrician or midwife.

  • 2 week on call period beginning one week prior and ending one week after estimated due date. If you begin labor outside of this time frame I will do my best to be there within 1-2 hours of being summoned.

  • 1 hour immediate postpartum support following birth to answer any questions or immediate concerns and to establish feeding and care plans

  • 1 postpartum meeting within 1-2 weeks of birth in which we can discuss your thoughts and feelings surrounding your experience, go over any remaining questions, and offer referrals to services you may need in the postpartum period

The Perks

Includes everything from our Basic package, plus these great extras

 

 

  • 1 additional prenatal visit to ensure indepth coverage of any needs that may require extra attention

  • 1 additional postpartum visit within 24-48 hours of your birth

  • 5 hours of postpartum care at your discretion
